My HVAC guy recommended these tablets to keep algae from forming in my system. I've cast-off them for three years and guess what? No algae. The HVAC guy says that algae is one of the main causes for a system to deluge and/or smell. By popping in a few of these inexpensive tabs, I'm buying some insurance against a mess. I'd call that a good bargain any day. These tablets work great, and they are the ones my HVAC guy said to use.

algae tablets for air conditioner
I surmise they work well we put them in a few weeks ago and so far its running ok..and stays cool..so i think that two works good..now we have remarkably for the next couple of years.
